4beecb50c9 Fix room upgrade warnings popping up in upgraded rooms 
Rooms which are already upgraded shouldn't be asked to upgrade. Additionally, this fixes a bug where the room upgrade dialog would stay open even after upgrading the room.

7925e7169a Design tweaks to dialogs 
Little bit of a mix of things in this one:
 * Support variable-width dialogs. Default is fixed-width as before,
   only UploadConformDialog is variable-width. Controlled by a prop
   to BaseDialog.
 * Fixes to the cancel 'x' - scale the mask image, tweak size & colour
 * Colour & boldness of dialog titles
 * Align the dialog title & cancel 'x'
 * Remove gap between dialog buttons & right hand side of dialog(!)
 * Round corners on dialogs
 * Add grey border on image preview in upload confirm dialog
 * and, squeezing in slightly randomly, finish the partially renamed
   ChatInviteDialog to AddressPickerDialog.

This uses the field component in the bug report dialog, which generally improves
the styling to fit in more naturally with the rest of the app so that it feels

5b2cee2fc1 Implement redesigned upload confirmation screens 
Also fairly significant refactor of the uploading code: there are
a number of different ways of triggerring a file upload and each
went through a different code path (the media config size limit
worked on one of those paths). Basically take a lot of code out
of the views and put it into ContentMessages.

Sorry about the size of this patch.

328f0cd6bf Notify user when crypto data is missing 
If we have account data in local storage but nothing in the crypto store, it
generally means the browser has evicted IndexedDB out from under us. This adds a
modal to explain the situation and offer to completely clear storage to get
things back to normal.

We check if any dialogs are open before moving forward because we don't want to risk showing so many dialogs that the user is unable to click a button. We're also not overly concerned if the dialog being shown is irrelevant because whatever the user is doing will likely be unaffected, and we can scream in pain when they're finished.

1a8fe4dd43 Go back to using mainine velocity 
We moved off to our own fork of velocity many moons ago to fix
a memory leak bug when velocity was being barely maintained. They
have now merged the bugfix, so go back to mainline.

98402e7eae Fix backup button in logout dialog 
We set the caption appropriately but forgot to actually do the
right thing depending on whether there was a key backup already.

Also fix the loadihng spinner which was never shown.

f79b777dd4 Trust on decrypt 
Add support for trust-on-decrypt (API change, recognise flag on
isKeyBackupTrusted). Catch rejection on wrong passphrase / recovery
key. Fix remembering whether we are restoring with key or passphrase.

ce565f109a Key Backup: Don't fail if no keys 
Only fail if there were any keys in the backup (which does mean
that the backup will always succeed if there aren't any keys which
could also be misleading, but is probably not as bad and can probably
be fixed with Trust on Decrypt).

Also cheekily fix the error message so it talks about passphrases
if you used a passphrase and recovery keys if you used a recovery key.

eac50aa800 Remove old user and room settings 
This takes out the old user and room settings, replacing the paths with the new dialog editions. The labs setting has been removed in order to support this change.

In addition to removing the old components outright, some older components which were only used by the settings pages have been removed. The exception is the ColorSettings component as it has a high chance of sticking around in the future.

Styles that were shared by the settings components have been broken out to dedicated sections, making it easier to remove the old styles entirely.

Some stability testing of the app has been performed to ensure the app still works, however given the scope of this change there is a possibility of some broken functionality.

This is intentionally not removing the labs flag or other supporting structures of the old settings to make a revert as easy as possible in the event that needs to happen. All of the cruft left behind (TempTab, temp styles, labs flag, old components, etc) will be removed in the very near future.

4036e52c24 Fixed settings dialog header; Adjust padding on dialog 
Some recent changes to dialogs changed how this works and altered the look of the settings dialogs. This fixes that and makes it so that the header and content scroll independently.

20e296b20e Convert image URLs in React to require calls 
This allows Webpack to insert the proper image URL after builds steps like
adding a hash and so on. The path you supply to `require` is relative to the JS
source file, just like any other would be.

fd94dc686f Handle errors when fetching commits for changelog 
It's possible to get errors when fetching commits (for example, if the rate
limit is exceeded), so this will handle the error case and display it instead of
an infinite spinner.

acc2e98355 Add New Recovery Method dialog 
Adds a New Recovery Method dialog which is shown when key backup fails because
of a version mismatch / version not found error.

The set up button in the dialog currently only marks a device as verified (via a
verification prompt) instead of the eventual restore and cross-sign flow, since
those pieces don't exist yet.

2ffc024fab Add a dedicated "Continue" button to the terms auth stage 
The button itself is conditionally enabled because the ILAG dialog already has a continue button. It'd be confusing to users to have 2 continue buttons on the same dialog, so this commit adds the structure required to pass along clicks from the dialog's button down to the UI auth component. 

The other place the continue button would appear is on the register page (not ILAG). The button's style is different here, however that will be improved in a later commit.

9582c1e65a Move all dialog buttons to the right and fix their order 
Fixes https://github.com/vector-im/riot-web/issues/5689

Some dialogs had their own CSS that prevented the buttons from being placed in the right spot. This has been fixed by using a generic standard for the buttons. The only strange dialog that needed more CSS was the devtools dialog due to the header.

Not all dialogs have been checked - I spot-checked about half of them and verified the CSS manually on an established account. It's hard to get at all the dialogs without convoluted testing.

77ab7d2589 CreateRoomDialog is rendered before get default_federate value 
In React the order of the execution of mount and render functions
is: `componentWillMount --> render --> componentDidMount`

The `CreateRoomDialog` `render()` function is executed before than
the `componentDidMount()` function so the

  `this.defaultNoFederate = config.default_federate === false;`

; instruction which is executed in the `componentDidMount` function
(in `CreateRoomDialog`) is evaluated always after than the rendering
of the page.

Therefore, the obvious issue is that the values obtained from the
`SdkConfig.get()` function (`config.default_federate`) are obtained
later than their usage on `render()`.

This patch makes this change to fix the described issue:

* componentWillMount instead of componentDidMount

0323f8ed0c Wrap exception handling around all of loadSession 
The user might (probably does) have a session even if we haven't actually tried
to load it yet, so wrap the whole loadSession code in the error handler we were
using for restoring sessions so we gracefully handle exceptions that happen
before trying to restore sessions too.

Remove the catch in MatrixChat that sent you to the login screen.  This is
never the right way to handle an error condition: we should only display the
login screen if we successfully determined that the user has no session, or
they explicitly chose to blow their sessions away.

f70096b8fa Fix error handling on session restore 
Fix a number of failures that meant the excellent error handling
we had for failing to restore a session didn't work.

1. .catch on the promise rather than try/catch: it's async
2. Explicit cancel method in SessionRestoreErrorDialog that invokes
   onFinished with `false` because even with the catch fixed, this
   was getting the event as its first arg which is truthy, so
   clicking cancel still deleted your data.
3. DialogButtons: Don't pass onCancel straight into the button event
   handler as this leaks the MouseEvent through as an argument.
   Nothing is using it and it exacerbates failures like this
   because there are surprise arguments.

4f83f6cf25 Move keyboard focus management back to the BaseDialog rather than 
leaving it in the Modal manager.
We are using Modal manager to load other components not just BaseDialog
and its subclasses and they might require different keyboard handling.
Also depend on focus-trap-react rather than react-focus-trap for locking
keyboard focus inside the dialog. The experience is much nicer and even
the FocusTrap element it-self no longer gains the focus.
On a side note using the FocusTrap element outside the dialog (on
its parent) stops it from working properly.

5ccbcf02e2 Several changes improving accessibility of the dialogs 
- Wrapped all the modals inside a react-focus-trap component disabling
keyboard navigation outside the modal dialogs
- Disabled our custom key handling at dialog level. Cancelling on esc
key is now handled via FocusTrap component.
- Removed onEnter prop from the BaseDialog component. Dialogs that
submit data all now embed a form with onSubmit handler. And since
keyboard focus is now managed better via FocusTrap it no longer makes
sense for the other dialog types. Fixes

- Set aria-hidden on the matrixChat outer node when showing dialogs to
disable navigating outside the modals by using screen reader specific
features.

447aa1e5a0 Refactor ChatInviteDialog to be UserPickerDialog 
Now it's just a means of choosing users and all the actual inviting
functionality is moved out to Invite.js. This will allow us to
reuse it for inviting to groups.

Adds the ability to restrict what types of addresses may be chosen,
although this isn;t used yet, it will be necessary for groups
because groups don't support 3pid invites.

3b6599dcdc Use user_directory endpoint to populate ChatInviteDialog 
Also attempt to slightly improve the feedback given when searching. There is still room for improvement - it's not totally obvious whether to display a spinner because it's quite jarring were it to replace the dd. This does mean that "No results" will flash awkardly between two queries, neither of which return any results.

defecb1b14 Implement /user/@userid:domain?action=chat 
This is a URL that can be used to start a chat with a user.
 - If the user is a guest, setMxId dialog will appear before anything and a defered action will cause `ChatCreateOrReuseDialog` to appear once they've logged in.
 - If the user is registered, they will not see the setMxId dialog.

298c5e4df3 Implement a store for RoomView 
This allows for a truely flux-y way of storing the currently viewed room, making some callbacks (like onRoomIdResolved) redundant and making sure that the currently viewed room (ID) is only stored in one place as opposed to the previous many places.

This was required for the `join_room` action which can be dispatched to join the currently viewed room.

Another change was to introduce `LifeCycleStore` which is a start at encorporating state related to the lifecycle of the app into a flux store. Currently it only contains an action which will be dispatched when the sync state has become PREPARED. This was necessary to do a deferred dispatch of `join_room` following the registration of a PWLU (PassWord-Less User).

The following actions are introduced:
 - RoomViewStore:
    - `view_room`: dispatch to change the currently viewed room ID
    - `join_room`: dispatch to join the currently viewed room
 - LifecycleStore:
    - `do_after_sync_prepared`: dispatch to store an action which will be dispatched when `sync_state` is dispatched with `state = 'PREPARED'`
 - MatrixChat:
    - `sync_state`: dispatched when the sync state changes. Ideally there'd be a SyncStateStore that emitted an `update` upon receiving this, but for now the `LifecycleStore` will listen for `sync_state` directly.

ad2ed12980 Redesign mxID chooser, add availability checking

Changes:
 - Redesign the dialog to look more like https://github.com/vector-im/riot-web/issues/3604#issuecomment-299226875
 - Attempt to fix wrong password being stored by generating one per SetMxIdDialog (there's no issue tracking this for now, I shall open one if it persists)
 - Backwards compatible with servers that don't support register/availability - a spinner will appear the first time a username is checked because server support can only be determined after a request.
 - Rate-limited by a 2s debounce
 - General style improvements

The soln. was to submit the dialog as finished `onKeyUp`. This means the `priorActiveElement` is focussed after any key events that should be associated with the dialog.
