Previously SpeedPlotView assumed speed is updated per second but the default value was 1500ms and that can be further changed by the user, this caused a lot of duplicate data in the calculation of the graph points. Now Averager averages based on the target duration, resolution and also takes into account when actually data has arrived. Vladimir Golovnev (Glassez)	0b4fef19f6	Remove redundant suffix from TorrentHandle class ... Originally, it was just a wrapper for libtorrent::torrent_handle class, so it mimicked its name. It was then transformed into a more complex aggregate, but the name was retained (just by inertia).
