Changing slides while animating was looking a bit awkward.

8217c44ee5 SlideShow: slow down the slide interval 
The original non-animated slide show was running at 2500ms interval.
The new animated slide show was using the same interval, but used
1000ms to animate the slides. This left significantly less time for
the user to read the slides.

Allow to use the login flow with a self signed certificate 
The QWebEngine uses a different certificate store/system. So we can't
just pass wour accepted certificates in there.

As a work around we now trust the url we set by definition. As this has
to already be approved before we access this.

3ae2071129 DetermineAuth: Remove concept of Unknown #6148 
This restores 2.3 behavior. Some servers reply 404 to GETs and PROPFINDs
to the remote.php/webdav/ url and used to work. Being more picky would
break them.

ff4213b59f Use the Qt5 connection syntax (automated with clazy) 
This is motivated by the fact that QMetaObject::noralizeSignature takes 7.35%
CPU of the LargeSyncBench. (Mostly from ABstractNetworkJob::setupConnections and
PropagateUploadFileV1::startNextChunk). It could be fixed by using normalized
signature in the connection statement, but i tought it was a good oportunity
to modernize the code.

This commit only contains calls that were automatically converted with clazy.

cf15cbf0b3 Move Utility to a new common static library 
Now that csync builds as C++, this will avoid having to implement
functionalities needed by csync mandatorily in csync itself.

This library is built as part of libocsync and symbols exported
through it.
This requires a relicense of Utility as LGPL. All classes moved into
this library from src/libsync will need to be relicensed as well.

4ad190a558 Use Qt logging categories for logging 
This gives more insight about the logs and allow setting fine-tuned
logging rules. The categories are set to only output Info by default
so this allows us to provide more concise logging while keeping the
ability to extract more information for a specific category when
developping or debugging customer issues.

This is a possible fix for #3850, applying custom window flags (http://doc.qt.io/qt-5.8/qt.html#WindowType-enum) on the connection method dialog. These avoid resizing the dialog and displaying a maximize button on OS X and context help button on Windows.

7bfe061382 Verify that all strings are properly escaped (#5558) 
- I checked every occurence of a '%2' and make correct use of the
QString::arg overload that takes several argument instead of chaining
them, because the first argument can contains a '%1'

 - I tried to look for every label that they either use plain text or richtext
and escape the user provided strings in there.

The re-enables the UI, uses Qt API for importing and
stores the certificate/key in the system keychain.
People who had set up client certs need to re-setup the account. This is ok
since it was an undocumented feature anyway.

838c072ccc Folder Setup: Allow to set up more sync connects to the same folder. 
One local folder can now be configured as sync target for multiple
accounts as long as their url and user differ.

Also this patch accepts that the sync folder is behind a symlink.
Also this patch fixes a bug that before the user input was taken
canonically which was not working for the symlink handling.

227b7ccabd Add dialog to connection wizard 
When connecting to a https:// URL fails, present the user with three
choices:

 * Try again with a http:// URL
 * Configure client-side TLS certificates
 * Go back and enter a different URL

This allows users connecting with an ownCloud server secured with
client-side TLS certificates to start the certificate import wizard
manually instead of relying on a custom server error message.

ba8b1bbe06 adds 'SSL client certificate' support from n.octeau with qknight changes as: 
* removed broken QSsl::SslV3 default
* rewrote slotHandleErrors(): no longer claim errors which are none.
* hack reverted: lib64 was not the cause for NixOS issues related to libraries.
* refactored csync/src/csync_owncloud.c and discovered+fixed why the dav_connect was never getting the certPath+certPassoword
* cleanup of code but seems this crushed the ssl client certificate support
* fixes the https://github.com/owncloud/client/issues/69#issuecomment-69358377 issue
* lots of cleanup
* From TODO list : translate all french comments into english
* changed _pemCertificate type from QString to QByteArray

'blacklist' can mean the selective sync blacklist or the error
blacklist. Names in public API are now explicit about which
blacklist is meant.

6034bd0946 Wizard: Never attempt to hide server page 
The wizard code used to call hide() on hardcoded wizards.
This means that for a brief moment, the first page with the URL
(disabled line edit) may be seen. I think that's completely
legitimate from a feedback perspective. The alternative would
be to unhide on error, but this is rather unelegant...

38ebfec1fb Use global Account/AccountState less. 
* Use a shared pointer to Account everywhere to ensure
  the instance stays alive long enough for a sync to terminate
* Folder is now tied to an AccountState
* SyncEngine and OwncloudPropagator tie to an Account and use that
  for all jobs they run

Issue: Since the setup wizard currently always replaces the
account, it will always wipe all folder definitions, even when
the actual changes to the account were minor.
