Initialize global context just after attaching base
context.
ContentProvider depend on MainApp.getAppContext(),
but ContentProvider.onCreate() is called *before*
Application.onCreate().
This hack should improve stability of ContentProviders
at process bring-up time until we address this
with a proper DI.
