f54e99c708 Use WidgetType more often to avoid breaking new sticker pickers 
Turns out that setUserWidget() wasn't updated to take a real WidgetType, but the code in ScalarMessaging thought it did. This leads to integration managers trying to add sticker widgets with an object `type` rather than a string `type`, which doesn't work.

This updates other code paths which call into the various widget classes to use WidgetType more often. The actual code path for fixing widgets is resolved in WidgetUtils for the setUserWidget function body.

These TODO comments are expected to be fixed ASAP, but until that happens let's minimize the errors in the console for development.

These all aren't using componentDidMount because they do something which causes application instability if componentDidMount were used. Much of these calls are expected to move into constructors once they are converted to real classes.

3f99332f4b Use componentDidMount in place of componentWillMount where possible 
This fixes a common React warning we see. Most of these components should be using constructors instead, however componentDidMount is just as good (and doesn't require converting most of these).

Conversion to classes will be done in a later stage of React warning fixes.

This adds a default on setting that can be used to control whether call buttons
are shown in the composer via `settingDefaults` in config.json. No UI is added
to control it for now.

3bff5c55cf Remove extraneous tab stop from room tree view. 
This was introduced some time ago when the room list became scrollable. Divs with overflow:scroll; become focusable for the keyboard in Firefox, but since we have keyboard handling for the whole compound widget, we don't need that tab stop on the tree view container div. Putting tabindex="-1" on it fixes it.

This tweaks the new cursor jumping shortcuts in the composer so that they only
activate without shift. When shift _is_ pressed, you want to extend the
selection instead of just moving.

7696f704b2 Fix two big DOM leaks which were locking Chrome solid. 
pillifyLinks leaked Pill components, which if they contained a BaseAvatar
would leak a whole DOM tree retained by the BaseAvatar's onClientSync
event listener.  This tracks the Pill containers so they can be unmounted
via unmountPills.

BasicMessageComposer set an event listener on selectionchange in onFocus
which leaked if onBlur wasn't called.  This removes it in unmount.

We've also seen Velociraptor retaining full DOM trees from RRs, which
this doesn't address as the leak is probably within Velocity, and the plan
is to replace it with CSS animations.

Fix redo keyboard shortcut on macOS 
I added the correct macOS shortcut for redo which is Cmd+Shift+Z. I had to reorder the if statement so redo is checked first, otherwise it would detect the undo first and never check that I was actually trying to redo.

b83bc7db68 Always speak the full text of the typing indicator when it updates. 
By default, aria-live regions only speak partial updates. However in the case of the typing indicator, if it goes from one person typing to several, and back, the updated text would only be spoken in fragments by screen readers. Adding the aria-atomic attribute with a value of true makes screen readers always speak the full update for this tile, making the experience much nicer.

6319407cab Move the sidebar to below the sidebar tab buttons for screen readers. 
Do this by aria-owning the sidebar into the header wrapper. aria-owned subtrees get added as the last child after all other child elements that are in the DOM. This way, if a sidebar tab is activated, the aside element now is inserted in a position following the tabs, before the main messages list. The association for screen readers is therefore more logical. This has no bearing on the DOM order or CSS properties. aria-owns simply rearranges the accessibility tree.

39e9bffe1f Make encryption events into bubble-style tiles 
Factors out the verification tile stuff into encryption event
styles so we can reuse them betwen all the encryption event tiles.
Also makes the event list summary stuff even more gnarly by
putting the encryption event tile above the group. We really need
to refactor that. :/

be3ef2b50e Remove all text when cutting in the composer 
The previous function did in fact remove the elements, but left the model thinking there was a zero-length string. This approach deletes the text from the model and the DOM, resulting in the placeholder being shown when cutting all the text.

We use `export default` begrudgingly here. Ideally we'd use just `export`, though this entire SDK expects things to be exported as a default. Instead of breaking everything, we'll sacrifice our export pattern for a smaller diff - a later commit can always do the default export -> regular export conversion.

This should be completely safe to deploy, even without a labs flag, because policy rooms (ban lists) are usually only joined by the people who know what they are. This also has no relation to the Mjolnir functionality currently in Riot, though it does make seeing your ban list a bit less awkward. 

Ban list rules only show up in ban list rooms and rarely show up in public rooms, hence the somewhat vague messaging. It should be obvious that it's a ban list room due to the surrounding room decoration/purpose.

94fed922cf Intercept cases of disabled/no integration managers 
We already intercepted most of the cases where no integration manager was present, though there was a bug in many components where openAll() would be called regardless of an integration manager being available.

The integration manager being disabled by the user is handled in the IntegrationManager classes rather than on click because we have quite a few calls to these functions. The StickerPicker is an exception because it does slightly different behaviour.

This also removes the old "no integration manager configured" state from the IntegrationManager component as it is now replaced by a dialog.

ffe34ee8a1 try to see if this fixes safari back 
on of the 2 changes (updating dom async from compositionend,
or ignoring keydown while composing) here has, while fixing chrome,
broken safari.

Don't do the async dom updating for safari if that was it.
