2e1b2178a1 Remove assumptions on how languages work in the power levels section 
This does mean that the strings will need to be re-translated, but now they may be more accurate because the comma is not assumed in the code.

cannot be used as a static function.

34caf5586f adds mx_filterFlipColor so that the dark theme will invert this image 
making it more suitable for the said theme

00df956ca2 Add remaining translations! 
Every file has now been manually vetted by me. Due to the extent of
the changes, I've been unable to test all scenarios to make sure this
all works. :(

c0c662aeaf Show the error that occured when trying to reach scalar 
Instead of removing the button and printing an error to console, show the error in a popup that appears next to the `Manage Integrations` button.
