Fix incorrect translation displayed after language change

Rename "fromNativePath" to "toUniformPath"
...
Unlike "toNativePath" which name clearly reflects the function result
"fromNativePath" has no such clear meaning.
Since this function converts path into uniform format "toUniformPath"
is better name.
