Both `lt::create_torrent` constructor and `lt::create_torrent::generate()`
can throw an exception so we need to handle it to prevent the app from crashing.
- warning C4267: 'initializing': conversion from 'size_t' to 'int', possible loss of data
Caused by mismatch between size_type of std and Qt containers. It is safe to cast to int as all of those containers hold low number of objects.
Define "torrent ID" concept, which is either a SHA1 hash for torrents of version 1,
or a SHA256 hash (truncated to SHA1 hash length) for torrents of version 2.
Add support for native libtorrent2 info hashes.
Previously we need a file buffer that is as large as the file size and
this could be a problem when user has less free memory available or
having very large data. Now with the help of `FileOutputIterator`,
we can have a much smaller, fixed size immediate file buffer and also
the code looks nice with `lt::bencode()`.
Unlike "toNativePath" which name clearly reflects the function result
"fromNativePath" has no such clear meaning.
Since this function converts path into uniform format "toUniformPath"
is better name.
`QIODevice::read(qint64 maxSize)` will allocate full `maxSize` of memory no matter
what the real file size was, this caused users to experience out-of-memory
exception on 32-bit qbt.
Also handle the OOM execption if it still fails.
Closes#9064, #9075, #9130, #9239, #9246, #9279.
`torrent_info` constructor has default limits that can't be changed via
parameters, so we handle the loading process manually and explicitly
specifiy the limits to `bdecode()`.
The token_limit is also changed to 10000000.
qDebug(), qInfo(), qWarning(), qCritical(), qFatal() expect %s arguments
to be UTF-8 encoded, while qPrintable() converts to local 8-bit encoding.
Therefore qUtf8Printable() should be used for logging strings instead of
qPrintable().
Now getting piece information for a specific torrent is possible via:
* Returns an array of states (integers) of pieces in order. Defined as:
"0=not downloaded", "1=downloading", "2=downloaded".
GET /query/getPieceStates/<torrent_hash>
* Returns an array of hashes (strings) of pieces in order:
GET /query/getPieceHashes/<torrent_hash>
Fix issue when you rename the "root item" in the "Add New Torrent" dialog
and uncheck "Create subfolder", it will create the subfolder with the
renamed name.
Fix PropertiesWidget first folder is expanded after app restart.
Strip root folder if torrent was added via magnet link.
Fix crash when you get name of torrent without metadata.
