Klaas Freitag 8e64584c12 tests: Added test script to test the ownCloud module of csync. ...

The script t1.pl is a perl based check script for the ownCloud
module of csync. It requires a running ownCloud server and does
a couple of blackbox tests with it.

See README for more information how to operate.
