22e5644bf9 remove obsolete not working docker image for windows compilation 
that image was supposed to be usable for cross compilation from Linux to
build a Windows release

probably never worked

not working anymore but creating confusion

65fcac8d70 Remove QtWebEngineProcess.entitlements. 
In the past, due to security reasons this file needed to be signed by us so the webview would work on mac OS.
