Since it processes all files under PlugIns uncondisionally, it would now try to process the Info.plist file in the FinderSyncExt bundle.
This attempts to replicate what i686-w64-mingw32-gen_sym_files is doing for us with MinGW by parsing the output of otool -L to get the library name actually used by the executable.
