- Fix status dialog:
* display local and remote folder names
* fixed status icon
* fixed sizing when font size changes
* fixed enable/disable buttons
- moved second path to folder base class
- added remote folder role to status dellegate

Big changes: queue sync requests of folders and do in one thread

only to avoid thread clottering. Improve error reporting from the
