This fixes a common React warning we see. Most of these components should be using constructors instead, however componentDidMount is just as good (and doesn't require converting most of these).
Conversion to classes will be done in a later stage of React warning fixes.

The subclasses listen for view_user and similar dispatches, which then start up the RightPanel. We weren't registering a listener though because we changed to using the RightPanelStore for most of our logic.

a view_right_panel_phase is dispatched by RoomHeaderButtons
on view_room, which was triggering this to show the panel again.
Check the fromHeader flag just like when hiding the panel so
only room header buttons can hide or show the right panel
