887defda9c temp solution to make room settings usable 
make mx_fadable not do anything anymore, and make room settings
full size.

Room settings haven't been designed yet, so all of this will
have a full pass when we have a go at it.

e50478aa1d enable/disable features in config.json 
As per https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Kn-mz2dDce9Cqc4oUTl5yJXGvmTlky1_KezuwUg58x0/edit#

Replaces:
 * enableLabs setting
 * 'override' flag in labs
 * 'default' flag in labs

Un-feature-flags matrix apps since this was now overidden to be
enabled.

d3f9a3aeb5 Run eslint --fix 
Fixing 1000s of lint issues. Some rules cannot be `--fix`ed but this goes some way to linting the entire codebase.

d6b85c9d4d Fix translations on conf call banner 
* You can't substitute react elements into a text string
 * Substituting in undefined gives the string 'undefined', so
   initialise it to the empty string.

00df956ca2 Add remaining translations!

7a20fda7e7 Factor out a separate auxpanel, and cleanup the maxHeight management 
Basically two changes here:

1. Factor out auxpanel from RoomView
2. Rather than setting maxHeight attributes by poking directly into the DOM,
pass them down as properties.
