Every file has now been manually vetted by me. Due to the extent of
the changes, I've been unable to test all scenarios to make sure this
all works. :(

Catch some more cases when we ought to be updating the gemini scroll stuff.

Factor out a separate auxpanel, and cleanup the maxHeight management
...
Basically two changes here:
1. Factor out auxpanel from RoomView
2. Rather than setting maxHeight attributes by poking directly into the DOM,
pass them down as properties.
