81ee27f41e Replace device with session in UI text 
This replaces "device" with "session" throughout user-visible text at the React
layer. Variable names and comments are left as-is for now.

ffba19bd61 Remove E2eIcon onClick 
It displayed the Encrypted Event Info dialog, but this full of
super advanced debug information and base64 strings that no normal
users should ever have to see. It's still accessible via the comtext
menu (ie. the same place as 'View Source').

f1ac3d2f64 Convert imports to ES6 from CommonJS 
This is needed because `require()` means something different in webpack - it ends up importing the module as something we didn't expect (and is occasionally async)

344dac4fb9 Convert CommonJS exports to ES6-compatible exports 
We use `export default` begrudgingly here. Ideally we'd use just `export`, though this entire SDK expects things to be exported as a default. Instead of breaking everything, we'll sacrifice our export pattern for a smaller diff - a later commit can always do the default export -> regular export conversion.

This should be completely safe to deploy, even without a labs flag, because policy rooms (ban lists) are usually only joined by the people who know what they are. This also has no relation to the Mjolnir functionality currently in Riot, though it does make seeing your ban list a bit less awkward. 

Ban list rules only show up in ban list rooms and rarely show up in public rooms, hence the somewhat vague messaging. It should be obvious that it's a ban list room due to the surrounding room decoration/purpose.

33044d713e Match e2e icons on events to expectations

Steps taken:
* Convert `E2ePadlock` to a class-style component so the hover state can be tracked (tooltips).
* Convert the image mask to a background image to keep the `!` in the shield.
* Update copy.

ca12e6c010 don't render unverified state on bubbles 
as they are only used for verification right now,
and verification events will be unverified by definition,
so no need to alarm users needlessly.

Also, this breaks the bubble layout on hover due to e2e icons
and verified left border style.

Redacted messages do not have message types, despite being room messages.

Regressed in https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk/pull/3601

Click-to-ping being broken (as mentioned by https://github.com/vector-im/riot-web/issues/11353) is a side effect of the react stack falling over. Once one room crashes, click-to-ping is broken everywhere.

d7f5252f9a render done and cancel event as conclusion tile 
don't render any done events not sent by us, as
done events are sent by both parties and we don't want
to render two conclusion tiles.

cancel events should be only sent by one party.

4ec7a8ddff Fix casing of TooltipButton 
My brain can't deal with two different ways to write "Tooltip", so this
converges the naming to match the rest of the code base. Separate commits will
fix up the file names for case-insensitive file systems.
