5d1c01fd6f Fix key backup restore with SSSS 
The room / session ID params come after the backupInfo for restoring
from SSSS so the options object was being passed into the wrong param.
Roll on TypeScript.

This meant restoring backups worked fine when the key was cached but
failed when it wasn't.

08419d195e Initial breakout for room list rewrite 
This does a number of things (sorry):
* Estimates the type changes needed to the dispatcher (later to be replaced by https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk/pull/4593)
* Sets up the stack for a whole new room list store, and later components for usage.
* Create a proxy class to ensure the app still functions as expected when the various stores are enabled/disabled
* Demonstrates a possible structure for algorithms

e4835c4b03 Demonstrate dis.fire() with view_user_settings 
Like a5f3318f3b, this proves that the new dispatcher conversion works for fire-and-forget style dispatches too. This is another obvious-if-broken and generally safe conversion to make.

Other actions which can be dispatched this way have been excluded for reasons mentioned in the Action enum's comments.

c0632d0195 Acquire a new session before enacting deactivation 
Fixes https://github.com/vector-im/riot-web/issues/13645

Every time the checkbox value changes we acquire a new session now. This avoids us asking the server to change its direction partway through the request.

This causes a bit of UI jerk as the dialog goes from auth -> loading -> auth, however it's better than the alternative of reworking the entire UIA structure to support the `authData` dict changing. Originally this commit consisted of a `disabled` flag on the `InteractiveAuth` component which carried through to the stage's component, however it turns out that stack doesn't respect changes to the `authData` prop, which means the session ID we eventually send down is wrong (`erase: false` instead of the one with `erase: true`). Therefore, we do some logic to ensure we remount `InteractiveAuth` completely.

6486c74909 Fix passphrase reset in key backup restore dialog 
We prompt to restore the key backup when bootstrapping if it's not
trusted, but the 'set up new recovery options' in this dialog just
sets up a new key backup which just goes back to trying to access
SSSS if cross-signing is enabled. This makes it reset the SSSS
passphase instead.

a5f5f759cb Create unencrypted rooms by default in e2e-tests

0a6f54da33 Label and use UNSAFE_componentWillMount to minimize warnings 
These TODO comments are expected to be fixed ASAP, but until that happens let's minimize the errors in the console for development.

These all aren't using componentDidMount because they do something which causes application instability if componentDidMount were used. Much of these calls are expected to move into constructors once they are converted to real classes.

3f99332f4b Use componentDidMount in place of componentWillMount where possible 
This fixes a common React warning we see. Most of these components should be using constructors instead, however componentDidMount is just as good (and doesn't require converting most of these).

Conversion to classes will be done in a later stage of React warning fixes.

7cfaa63aac Fix the last char of people's names being cut off in the invite dialog 
If someone named "TravisR" was being searched for with just "Travis", the last R in their name would be cut off because of the highlighting. Entering "TravisR" would restore it. Likewise, searching for "vis" would have done the same thing.

This is a quick win for fixing https://github.com/vector-im/riot-web/issues/12488 but might not be a long-term solution. Idea is to see how this feels and go from there, which may mean scoring the results again to filter them in or altering the debounce timers.

a1844e44f2 remove methods arg to requestVerification(DM) 
as it's easy to have this argument be out of sync from all
the places this is called from the js-sdk. There is also little point,
as you can already specify the methods a consumer of the js-sdk
wants to provide through the verificationMethods option when creating
the client object.

The suggestions are relatively stable, but the recents have some issues. Adding logging to the suggestions would also destroy the console log with thousands of messages whereas recents aren't too bad.

long as all invited users have uploaded device keys (which we're using as a
proxy for "has some client that understands E2E").

This changes `createRoom` so it has more control of the room's initial state,
and appends state for different features, rather resetting the entire state

4de0f7257a Initial implementation of FTUE user lists design 
This covers the "recents" section and rough design exclusively. It is known that the Field does nothing and that there's a bunch of missing functionality - this is to be iterated upon in future PRs. Labs flag is to aide development and should be removed in a very near future PR.

Also, this is focusing on DMs and not user lists in general because I misinterpreted the scope. I'll fix this in a future PR and instead make this the best DM invite dialog it can be.

344dac4fb9 Convert CommonJS exports to ES6-compatible exports 
We use `export default` begrudgingly here. Ideally we'd use just `export`, though this entire SDK expects things to be exported as a default. Instead of breaking everything, we'll sacrifice our export pattern for a smaller diff - a later commit can always do the default export -> regular export conversion.

3ac0deebab Use static modals for verification 
Verification with cross-signing may requiring asking for your secret storage
passphrase, which is displayed in it's own modal on top of flows. For now while
verification takes in modals also, mark the verification ones as static so they
don't lose state when secret storage appears on top mid-flow.

c9b972116a Remove broken velocity-ui animation 
The deactivate account dialog tried to shake the password box on
an incorrect password but it didn't work because we don't import
velocity-ui anywhere. Looks like we forgot to import it in
DeactivateAccountDialog.js and were relying on it being imported
elsewhere (so probably broke when BottomLeftMenu got removed).

Either way, we no longer use the field-shake animation anywhere else,
so just remove it.

94fed922cf Intercept cases of disabled/no integration managers 
We already intercepted most of the cases where no integration manager was present, though there was a bug in many components where openAll() would be called regardless of an integration manager being available.

The integration manager being disabled by the user is handled in the IntegrationManager classes rather than on click because we have quite a few calls to these functions. The StickerPicker is an exception because it does slightly different behaviour.

This also removes the old "no integration manager configured" state from the IntegrationManager component as it is now replaced by a dialog.

c4d45e87ea Use a ternary operator instead of relying on AND semantics in EditHIstoryDialog

`allEvents` should never have a boolean in it, so given the stack trace and the code this is my best estimate for what the problem could be. I can't reproduce the problem.
