7d087524a5 Make use of the KeyBindingManager in LeftPanel 
LeftPanel was making key action decisions based on the forwarded event.
Use the KeyBindingManager now.

c6033b9410 Move search out of RoomList and LeftPanel, into RoomSearch 
This prevents the entire left panel from having to re-mount whenever the search query changes.

5114c37b82 Add filtering and exploring to the new room list 
This is per the designs. Animation doesn't feel required here.

Like the rest of this series, this rewrites a component to be more purpose-built to help match the designs and to solve the smallest possible problem.
