adfbcdce40 Fix the inconsistent styling between non-markdown and markdown parsed links on hover. 
It also improves accessibility by not relying exclusively on color for the hover state. That is even more evident for links that are contained within a parent block link (e.g., a quoted message block linking to the source message).

ea2120bdfd Fix timestamps 
7f83590846 changed timestamps to be hidden
at the DOM level, not the CSS level. We can keep that approach, we just
need to ensure they still get shown at the right times.

This also fixes an unreported but complained about issue regarding the 'always show timestamps' option not working.

Looks like this regressed in https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk/pull/4531 when things got shuffled around.

6cf9166c4a Use variables for the rem values. 
It's become obvious that these random floating points everywhere
are unwieldy. Now they're all in one place with some fairly logical
variable names which will help out in design->implementation phase.

da34e6241d Make all 'font-size's and 'line-height's rem 
Font size of the whole app would ideally be controlled by a single
value. This value is currently hard coded using the :root CSS selector.
It is the intention to make this value configurable within riot. In the
interim all font-sizes have been converted to rem by the simple process
of regex. Replacing px values with their equivalent rem values assuming
a font size of 15px and then rounded to three decimal places, which was
the base at the time of this transformation.

I'm expecting another commit cleaning up rem values but I thought it
best to leave that to review.

This commit doesn't address any scaling issues. I thought it better to
land this unwieldy, mechanical, invisible change before the others
otherwise the pr would be impossible to review thoroughly.

ffba19bd61 Remove E2eIcon onClick 
It displayed the Encrypted Event Info dialog, but this full of
super advanced debug information and base64 strings that no normal
users should ever have to see. It's still accessible via the comtext
menu (ie. the same place as 'View Source').

* Convert `E2ePadlock` to a class-style component so the hover state can be tracked (tooltips).
* Convert the image mask to a background image to keep the `!` in the shield.
* Update copy.

ddefeae136 update design of editor to look as close to original tile (and design) 
the buttons below the composer are overlayed onto the previous event.
In case of the last event, for now we make them not overflow, but make the
tile grow. The design says it should overlay on the main composer for the last
event tile, postponing that for a bit though as not sure what is the best way
to do that.

existing options button has moved to this new component, and is currently the

20e296b20e Convert image URLs in React to require calls 
This allows Webpack to insert the proper image URL after builds steps like
adding a hash and so on. The path you supply to `require` is relative to the JS
source file, just like any other would be.

8f10ee01c6 Implement always-on-screen capability for widgets 
As per https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-doc/issues/1354

This is whitelisted to only jitsi widgets for now as per comment,
mostly because any widget that we may make always-on-screen we need
to preemptively put in a PersistedElement container, which is
unnecessary for any other widget.

Apologies that this does a bunch of refactoring which could have
been split out separately: I only discovered what needed to be
refactored in the process of doing this.
